• Telegram User ID: Your unique Telegram ID, which is necessary for us to interact with you through the bot.
• Telegram Username (Pseudo): Your public Telegram username, used for identification purposes within our system.
• Uploaded Images: We store links to the images you upload to generate AI pictures. These images are temporarily processed by Astria’s APIs to provide the results.
• Generated Images: We store links to the AI-generated pictures returned by Astria’s APIs.

2. Data Usage

We use the data we collect for the following purposes:

• Service Provision: Your Telegram ID and username are used to deliver the AI-generated images back to you after processing your requests.
• Image Processing: Uploaded images are processed through Astria’s APIs to generate the requested AI pictures.
• Account Management: We use your data to manage your account, including credit management and access to certain categories within the bot.

3. Data Storage

All data is stored securely in Firebase. We implement appropriate measures to safeguard your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration.

4. Data Retention

We retain the data (AI models and generated images) for a maximum of 30 days. After this period, the images and any associated AI-generated results are automatically deleted from our system.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties. However, we may share your data with the following parties:

• Astria: Uploaded images are sent to Astria’s APIs for AI generation purposes. The links to generated images are also provided by Astria’s services.
• Law Enforcement: If required by law or in response to valid legal requests, we may disclose your data to relevant authorities.

6. User Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access: You can request access to the data we have stored about you.
• Correction: If any of your information is inaccurate or outdated, you can request that we correct it.
• Deletion: You may request the deletion of your data at any time, and we will ensure your information is permanently removed.

We take the security of your personal information seriously and employ various security measures, including encryption and secure storage, to protect your data.
